Pricing
Because each project is different and requires different levels of intervention, stating definitive fees isn't realistic. My pricing strategy is underpinned by the CIEP's suggested minimum rates. To keep my pricing as transparent as possible, I charge per 1,000 words (not by the hour) and make my starting prices clear.
Manuscript review
Fixed, starting at
£150 per 10,000 words
A general guide:
10, 000 words: £150
30,000 words: £300
60,000 words: £400 (thereafter £5 per 1,000 words)
Unlike copyediting and proofreading, rates for a manuscript review are fixed.
Copyediting

A professional copyedit comes with two copies of your manuscript (the edited version and a clean copy), a style sheet and a detailed editorial report.
